Comment: Sol USA has been cleaning my home for over a year. This is the only cleaning service where the owner comes out to my home and check in on me and the work of his staff. The staff are always super friendly and do an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company!

Comment: I found SolUSA via a neighbor’s recommendation on Next. After meeting Wesley for the quote, then having the team in for an initial cleaning, I understood why SolUSA has so many glowing reviews.
The communication is clear and professional. And the cleaning team has been doing an excellent job. Truly excellent. They are professional and great at what they do.
I waited a few months before writing the review so I could also comment on consistency... and they check that box for me too. I highly recommend SolUSA and hope you are as happy with your experience as I have been.

He's also very easy to work with. The ladies who worked in our home did a fantastic job! Everything was spotless and so much cleaner than I'd hoped for! The small touches, such as my son's beautifully rolled blanket - were also nice. They even did the basement which had not been originally planned! They really went above and beyond. This is my first experience with any cleaning company and I will definitely be using them again!

Comment: Wesley came out to assess house and give estimate the next day after calling for service-very thorough and accommodating. The team(4 women) came out 3 days later and my house smelled clean and looked great afterwards. The staff were friendly and worked around us even though we were home at the time.

Comment: Wesley and his team provided excellent cleaning and service. Wes came out for a free estimate to assess the cleaning that our home would need. I told him our concerns and rooms that would be needing cleaning and we worked together to develop a plan that worked for our family. A few days later, Wesley’s cleaning crew (a team of two women) came by in the afternoon, and did a wonderful job cleaning our kitchen, bathroom, hallway/stairs, and two bedrooms. When I arrived home, the home smelled great, and they managed to make our dusty house clean again. They were able to make sense of my brothers room, which previously looked as though a hurricane had hit it. I have not seen the floor of my brother’s room in years, and it looked and smelled great! The kitchen and bathroom look better than they have in years. I will definitely consider using Wesley and his service for cleaning the rest of my house in the future.

Comment: We have had one whole house cleaning so far and everything was explained and done well. We have original hard wood floors and Murphy's Oil soap was used, which is my preference, but it was made clear that if I had another preference for anything, they would do their best to honor it. Wes is very responsive and was present the entire time for the first cleaning. Regarding price, I had a second estimate by a larger company that had similarly excellent reviews and was local to Wayne, and they were within five dollars of each other. We will eventually sign up for biweekly or monthly cleaning.

He came out the very next day and explained what their services would provide. Wesley and his staff arrived on time, a few days later cleaned everything exactly as described and I could not be happier. Since there were a total of 3 working together, everything was cleaned quickly and beautifully. They are all so pleasant, I was happy to hire them for more cleaning visits. The prices were very reasonable. And I was very pleased with everything they did. I would recommend SOL USA to any of my family and friends.

Comment: I was shocked when I saw how spotless everything was! I typically don't have cleaners come to my house because of the length of time they are here. But with SOL USA they bring 2 or more people and knock it out quickly! What one cleaner might miss...the other one picks up. All cleaners are different so having 2 people...then 4 in my house left my home in perfect condition in 1/2 of the time! I highly recommend Wesley and his diverse employees to anyone!!!☆☆☆☆☆

Despite the fact that I only have a temporary need, Wesley has been very flexible and has made time in their busy schedule to come to our house to clean, He has been extremely responsive and continually asks for feedback, inquiring if there is anything else or different that I'd like from them. They offer two different kinds of service - a deep cleaning and a regular cleaning service. I choose the regular cleaning and have been very happy with their service and overall positive attitude! Would definitely recommend to anyone else looking for someone in our area.
